Your first session is about getting to know you or your child, understanding your goals and history, and starting to build a plan together. There's no pressure - your clinician will guide the pace and let you know what to expect from there. Sometimes they may suggest further assessment, other times ongoing support and other times they may recommend you seek help from another clinician within our team or another service altogether. We are happy to help with referring you on to others who might be able to assist you better should this be indicated.
