We accept NDIS plan managed and self-managed clients. Please note we are not NDIS registered and cannot accept NDIS agency clients.

Fees and Rebates

At Brighter Futures we offer competitive rates on our assessment and treatment sessions. Please contact us to obtain further information regarding our fees. 

Payments

Payments are required at the end of each session and can be made by cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, or Credit Card. For off-site appointments such as school visits, telehealth (Cliniko or Zoom videoconferencing) sessions payments are made via credit card details securely stored on file. 

Please Note: Third party payments will attract 10% GST. Families with NDIS funding must be plan managed or self-managed and must provide a copy of their NDIS plan and the details of their plan provider prior to the initial consultation.


Appointment policy

If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged the cost for the session.
