Experience

Charlotte is a registered psychologist who completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours at the University of Queensland and a Master of Clinical Psychology at Griffith University. As a psychologist, she strives to create a warm, supportive environment using a person-centred approach. Charlotte is passionate about collaborating with diverse groups, including children, young people, and families, to facilitate meaningful change. She has experience working with children and young people in university clinics and public health settings.

Charlotte utilises multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), among others, depending on the client’s needs. She has experience working with a variety of presentations, including neurodivergent individuals, those who struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and difficulties with school attendance. Charlotte is committed to being a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed therapist who values client autonomy.

Charlotte is joining our team from March 2026 and will see clients at the Mount Gravatt clinic on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and on Saturdays fortnightly. She is also available at the Bulimba clinic on Friday afternoons fortnightly.
